HOW TO STICK TO YOUR DIET WHEN GOING ON A HOLIDAY ✈️
Look, if you’re going on a holiday, usually I would just recommend enjoying it.
As long as you immediately get back on track with your routine and consistency, this time you had off is not going to make a difference long term.
However, in circumstances where you do have to stick to your diet, for example in my case where I’m prepping for a bodybuilding competition, here are some things that you can do to help you when traveling:
👉🏼 Meal prep and plan
– Make sure you know what you’re going to eat during that time traveling
– If you can, prepare your meals or even just your protein at least your first day in advance
👉🏼 Choosing your accommodation
– When looking for a place to stay, ensure that your accommodation has a kitchen
– This way you can make sure you can do your groceries, store your meals, and cook
👉🏼 Look for a gym
– Look for a gym and keep training if you can.
– That way you can maintain your muscle, and it actually is quite fun exploring and trying out new gyms
👉🏼 There are things to enjoy other than food…
– There are other things outside of food that you can enjoy when going on a holiday… 🥹
