Here I share a FULL push pull legs upper lower program using my modified version of the split. This is set up for 5 days per week with low volumes and is specifically written for a beginner. The push pull legs upper lower split is a popular split that combines the push pull legs split with the upper lower split. This serves to even out the muscle group training volumes between the upper and lower body in a 5 day workout plan.

This program features twice per week bench, squat, and deadlift which will benefit someone who is just getting into lifting.
