Run 30sec @ moderate to high tempo pace
Walk 30sec

3 Sets:
10 Goblet Cyclist Squats
12 Goblet Cossack Squats 6/leg
14 Split Stance Suitcase RDL 7/leg

Run 30sec @ moderate to high tempo pace
Walk 30sec
x 10

3 Sets:
10 Goblet Sumo Squats
12 Single Arm Overhead KB Split Squats 6/leg
14 Wide Stance Stiff-Legged Russian Swings

Run 30sec @ moderate to high tempo pace
Walk 30sec
x 10
