PREMADE MEALS
Include it in your meal prep to save extra time from cooking or have it as a back up meal whenever you run out of food, having premade meals at hand can significantly lower that chance of cheating on your diet.

When you’re in a calorie deficit, by simply replacing your everyday foods with lower calorie alternatives, you could save hundreds of calories, which could then be used for an extra meal to keep you fuller or use it for your indulgences to keep your cravings in check.

Sure, some of them won’t taste as good, but when you’re in a diet, everything tastes good, and you can always swap back to the normal ones when you’re not in a deficit!
