LEG WORKOUT:-

Front Squats :- 3 Sets For 10-12 Reps

Leg Preas :- 3 Sets For 10-13 Reps

Seated Hamstring Curls :- 3 Sera for 12-15 Reps

Leg Extensions :- 4 Sets Till Failure

Calf Raises :- 5 Sets Till Failure
